Brad Winget

Brad Winget (CRS, AB, SFR) is a Real Estate expert and entrepreneur based in Salt Lake City, Utah. A Utah native himself, Brad has spent the last 17 years learning the ins and outs of the mortgage, real estate, home flipping and vacation rental business.  Brad is currently the CEO of two different real estate-related companies while managing his real estate and mortgage team and helping clients navigate through the complexities of real estate on a day-to-day basis. Brad has flipped more than 700 homes and has closed more than 1,000 mortgage and 500 real estate transactions, making him distinguished in his field.

Brad was also one of the founders of Paradise Village at Zion which is a “First of Its Kind” vacation rental community in southern Utah featuring 124 custom built homes.

Currently serving as the CEO of The Real Estate and Foreclosure Specialists (REFS) and the CEO of Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals, Brad Winget also in the field as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Trillion Mortgage, and Associate Broker & Realtor at Utah’s Best Real Estate Group. Despite this heavy workload, Brad is driven by the challenge of building successful companies and fueled by the satisfaction he brings to his customers through real estate, whether it’s finding them the home of their dreams or helping them gain value from their existing property.

Career in Real Estate

Brad’s first entry into the Real Estate industry was in 1998 when he became a Loan Officer. Realizing the value he could bring to customers in helping them make one of life’s biggest choices, he became a Mortgage Broker in 1999 and got his Real Estate License in 2000. In 2001, he joined Utah’s Best Real Estate Group as a Real Estate Broker, where he helps buyers and sellers understand various real estate processes and obtain the best results. In 2008, he founded Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals, a short-term vacation rentals company that provides vacationers with low prices and unique homes, while providing home owners with a valuable investment option. In 2010, he founded REFS, where serves as CEO to direct investments to purchasing homes, remodeling homes, and then listing homes using market research to ensure top retail returns.

Team Mentality

As a former All-American baseball player drafted by the Minnesota Twins, Brad knows the strength that a team brings to the table. With his drive to continuously learn more about his field, he constantly consults with his colleagues and employees to ensure consistent communication and a full diffusion of knowledge.

Brad also shares his knowledge and experience outside of work, working as a baseball coach with the Corner Canyon High School. Brad is a big believer in community, and he’s been giving back through baseball since 2013.
